I absolutely love these puzzles, this is my 3rd one and I have just ordered another one. I am going to run out of space soon. The instructions are nice and clear and there are sections that have QR codes so that you can watch videos on how to assemble parts of the model. I have this infuriating ability to put parts on upside down, only to realise later on of my mistake meaning I have to disassemble and correct it, so watch out for that. Over all they are fun and can be challenging to build. Some of the pieces are quite fragile and are easy to snap, you do get multiples of some pieces incase of breakage/loss. I think this one took me a good 5-7 hours to complete (I can’t remember exactly).

A good build, but very fiddly and awkward in places. Especially awkward were getting the longitudinal struts to stay together whilst fitting the latitude horizontal rings - flying together would have been easier with hindsight. The odd the first struts broke and its a credit to Rokr that they posted out replacements free of charge. Despite the wire being very carefully fitted as the instructions showed, and the tiny plug pushed into the corresponding socket - the he right way up as the instructions show - it did not work. Tried switching on and off a few times. So the Illuminated aspect of the Globe - doesn't. *Edit - following a fast on Facebook which I saw, I half peeled away some of the Globes segments, with difficulty, and changed the orientation of the tiny plug, with difficulty, pulled it out and pushed it in the WRONG way ROUND according to the instructions, and then it lit up! It's a gorgeous item. All the gearing and rotation works. And now it lights up too.

Nice project & lovely ones built. Instructions sometimes not so clear , but thanks to Utube plenty of people have done it before! My only complaint is that the plastic segments of the map even using the self adhesive tape come a bit undone. Mechanisms a bit stiff , but someone had a good tip about using Vaseline to oil wheels.

Rubbish. The brush fibre stick to the painting wall
The product is of good quality; however, the instructions could be clearer. This makes it easy to assemble incorrectly. If you need to disassemble and reassemble it, some parts can become loose. Ultimately, I had to use glue to ensure everything was properly fixed.

Ein tatsächlich großartiger kleiner Globus mit einer überrschend gut gedruckten Karte. Die Lupe ist eine Kunststofflinse, funktioniert, aber ist zum lesen gar nicht nötig. Sieht aber geil aus, im Großen und Ganzen lobe ich das gelungene Steampunk-Design. Strom bekommt die LED Beleuchtung durch ein Mirco-USB Kabel. Ein Steckdosen-Adapter ist nicht mit dabei. Der Aufbau war spaßig aufwendig und es lohnt sich die Anleitung genau zu befolgen und keine Schritte vorzuziehen. Die Anleitung selbst ist okay, ich habe nur einen Versuch zum Bau gebraucht und alles funktioniert reibungslos. Lego-Technik und Revel haben hier bestimmt nur Vorteile gehabt. Die Holzteile sind aus Sperrholz und gut verarbeitet, mir ist nichts kaputt gegangen. Zum schmieren der Zahnräder ist extra Wachs angebracht, da das kleine mitgelieferte Stück schnell zerbrochen ist und damit unhandlich wird. Ich freue mich sehr auf das nächste "Puzzle".
